We aim to deliver eco-friendly products to your doorstep with care and speed. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Delivery Charges

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We deliver most orders within 4 to 7 business days depending on your location and the product availability.

  • Metros: 3 – 5 business days
  • Other cities: 5 – 7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7 – 10 business days

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
4. Eco-Friendly Packaging

  • All our products are packed using minimal, sustainable packaging materials that align with our mission to reduce plastic waste.
5. Delivery Exceptions

We may not be able to deliver to:

  • Remote locations not covered by courier partners
  • PO Box addresses

In such cases, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund if payment has been made.

6. Bulk & B2B Orders

For bulk or business orders:

  • Custom delivery timelines and logistics will be shared.
  • Shipping charges may vary by volume and distance.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

We’ll notify you of any delays due to:

  • Natural disasters or weather issues
  • Strikes or courier delays
  • Incorrect shipping address

If a delivery attempt fails, we will reattempt up to 2 times before cancelling the order.

8. Invoice and Taxes

  • Every order comes with a GST invoice.
  • For B2B orders, please enter your GSTIN at checkout or contact our support team.
