• All product images and descriptions are for reference. Slight variations may occur in size, colour, or design as products are eco-made.
• Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice.

3.Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (unless Cash on Delivery is selected).
• We use secure payment gateways – your card/UPI details are never stored by us.
• In case of payment failure or stock issues, you’ll be notified via email or phone.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary based on your location and order type. Usually, products are delivered within 4–7 business days.
• Shipping charges and policies are mentioned at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or strikes.

5. Return & Replacement

You can raise return or replacement requests within 3 days of delivery if the product is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed steps.
• Returns are subject to inspection and approval.

6. Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse our website in any way (spamming, hacking, fake orders, etc.).
• Content (images, text, logo) belongs to Greenomers. Please don’t copy or use it without permission.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days after cancellation.

• All content on this site Greenomers : logo, designs, product descriptions is our property.
• You are not allowed to use or reproduce any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Minor product differences due to eco-manufacturing
• Delays or losses due to courier partners
• Any indirect damages caused by website misuse or order issues
